Red Fit & Flare Dress

Hi friends! Today's feature is the Ruby Keyhole Dress, which is a lightweight fit-and-flare chiffon dress. Read on for details :) Although it's long sleeved, this dress is light and cool enough for summer. I'm only 5'0 so the sleeves are about 1 1/2 inches too long for me. I'd rather have a three-quarter length sleeve so I will probably get these hemmed off. Length-wise, this dress is perfect and falls right at my knees.
